Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must inform us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Condition of Return
The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom size or custom design Sakha Pola cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.

Return Process
To request a return, please contact us with your order details and clear photos of the product.

Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Replacement Option
Customers can also request a replacement instead of a refund if the item is damaged or incorrect.
